Portraits of the Prophets

The Minor Prophets (a.k.a. “The Twelve”) are minor in length, but not in significance. Yet for many of us, reading them feels like entering into a strange and esoteric land. But it’s one where God is actively engaging the brokenness and injustice BOTH in the world AND among His people. The message of these books provides a vital witness to God’s character and God’s concerns. And as Jesus taught us, they point to Him (Luke 24:25-27; 44-47).
